"Excellent and professional people and company. Today they handle an emergency water leak in a remarkable fast response and timely replacement of my water heater. Although the water had already started to leak from ceiling, the two technicians were on top of the task at hand and also helped me clean up the water. Entire process from phone call to completion took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I can highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs or repairs."

He explained the likely cause of the issue prior to doing the work so we had a rough cost estimate, he was friendly and professional, the cost was reasonable, and the issue was resolved quickly both times. Highly recommend."

"Understood that they have a $85 service fee to come out and look at the problem first but didn’t expect to pay almost double for a new washing machine connector box compared to an impromptu estimate from a previous plumber. Unfortunately my spouse didn’t feel like she could turn the gentleman away when he said the the work would be a “long and tedious” job. It took him around 2 hrs. Lesson learned. Update: I contacted Chelsea from customer service and she adjusted the price to a reasonable level after me explaining the previous situation. Good customer service makes all the difference even if they may be a little higher priced than other plumbing services. Thanks again Chelsea."
