"I scheduled to board my dog with them and it went smoothly and they were very sweet people. I had an unexpected change of plans and called to cancel my reservation 5 days in advance. When I made my deposit I was not informed that they would keep my deposit even if I canceled far in advance. I was told because of the size of their facility that they keep the deposit. Please inform your customers of this in advance before they book the reservation. They are very nice people but that seems pretty shady to me. Now I am out 115 dollars, which I’m sure no one wants to just lose like that."

"We had our dog, Sadie, at Pawsitive Care while we went on a cruise last week. Sadie was attacked a few years ago (NOT at Pawsitive Care) and is very shy around other dogs. We talked to everyone regarding this and were assured she would be fine. When we picked her up, we could tell she had an amazing time! She was happy, playing, and excited that she had just jumped in the pool! We had a great experience and will be back when we need to board again. Thank you."

"While they were able to watch him on short notice it wasn't a great experience. He was pretty dirty on pick up which is totally fine but his paws had matted spots everywhere from the dry mud between his paws. He has a giant scab/goose egg on his head. When asked she said it was probably from him getting over excited in a kennel. We did not pay for a kennel we paid for a room. He has a few scratches and scabs behind his ear and neck which I'm assuming is from some rough play. He only ate 1 cup of food, from what I can tell (he was there a week), and I was never informed of this. When we got back to our house he chugged all his water like he didn't have regular access to water. He is also is recovering from an eye infection now. Some of these things aren't their fault (him not eating if he was being stubborn, him being dirty, the bump on his head) but I would have liked to been informed of these events upon picking him up. Overall, I don't think this was the place for us unfortunately."

"Ashley has taken care of my own cats and my fosters twice this year when I had to go out of town for work. She feeds and cleans the liter boxes twice a day and takes time to play with them and takes photos during each visit that she texts to me while I am gone so I can see how they are doing. She cares about and for your animals just as you would. Love her services and I will use them again."
