"Horrible experience. I dropped my laptop off on 1/9 to repair a cracked screen. Only a third of the screen was visible and it was very pixelated so unable to utilize it at all. I made an appointment online, showed up at the designated time, was greeted promptly. The gentleman that received my laptop said they would need to order a part. It would take about a week to receive and then 24 hours to complete the work. He stated my laptop would be ready for pick up 1/16, 1/17 at the latest… Fast forward to 1/19, I had received no calls regarding an update so phoned in that morning. The gentleman who answered the phone left me on hold for over five minutes. When he returned to the line he informed me the incorrect part had been ordered and they were waiting to receive a new one. Nothing had been done to my laptop over the last ten days and no communication received. I was informed the lead technician would call me that afternoon to discuss the matter. The morning of 1/20 I called in again because I had received no call back. The same gentleman answered the phone and when I stated a lead tech was supposed to call me the day prior his response was “what for?” I go through the situation again, he puts me on hold another five minutes, returns to the line to let me know the technician never showed up for work the day prior and again, no answers or updates. He stated he would escalate to his manager. I get a call back a little while later, informing me the manager is looking into the issue and we should have an answer in a few hours. The afternoon of 1/21 I call back to ask for an update. The same gentleman answers the phone and states the part will not be received until 1/25 and my laptop will be ready for pick up 1/26. I explained to the man on the phone that puts me into a third work week of not having my laptop to which he replied “you can come pick it up.” I then had to explain to him again the whole reason why they had my laptop was to repair the screen. The complete lack of communication and ownership for the mishap has been beyond frustrating. I can only pray at this point the correct repair is completed a full 17 days after drop off and after being assured it would only take a week to repair."

"Horrible service. They take your equipment, don't do anything to it and charge you 30 dollars. They had my product for 2 days and didn't bother calling to let me know they needed something else from me. They didn't open equipment or even bother to diagnose it in any way or even clean it. They did absolutely nothing. Huge SCAM. Don't take your equipment here. I've already disputed my charge with my credit card company. This place is a huge ripoff."

"Randy was excellent to work with! He was able to get a 30 minute turnaround on replacing my broken screen. Reasonably priced too—much cheaper than Apple! Will definitely come here again if needed. Highly recommend!"
