"I was very disappointed, I went by on my day off and drove a half hour so that I could check out this facility and make sure this would be a good fit for our little guy. I was greeted by a woman that was NOT happy to see me. She was rude and she kept repeating "we're closed" and she was too busy to show me around. I'm not sure if she was treating me so poorly because of the color of my skin, but that was the impression I received.we love our pet and wouldn't want him in a negative environment.Also it was 2pm on a week day, if there was a notification on their website that they where closed I would not have driven over there."
