"We recently adopted a dog that was untrained and a bit spoiled. James took the time to interview me and observe our dog's behavior. They even sent an email update and text/picture upon request (I was nervous since it was her first time away). She stayed for 5 nights, had 3 days of daycare, and was groomed.
