His communication is quick and very detailed. He has always been able to diagnose and fix the problem. And his pricing is very fair. I’ve had issues from roof damage, to mechanical, and Advantage has been there to help. He was even willing to come checkout a camper van I was interested in buying and did a full system check and gave me his honest opinion on if it was a good investment or not. I could not be more appreciative of all the work he has put in. I’ve tried the big chain service companies before finding Advantage and have been screwed over every time. "Did not complete warranty jack repair as promised. Will not answer phone or return texts, it has been a month since I notified him and he said he'd come out and take a look again. My warranty expired a few days after the malfunction and I'm moving soon, so have had to hire someone else and pay out of pocket. He knew I need to move the RV. They also installed a baggage compartment door crooked. Micheal said he would come back to check that also and never did. Installed it right over the ripped decal they were supposed to replace, caulked over it and everything. The jack broke 1/14/23, it is now 6/11/23."
