"My 5 year old dog has been going for a few years now. Usually about 1 or 2 times a year when we go on vacation. The staff is amazing. He is happy to go, does not hesitate at all, and you can tell he has a great time. I love being able to pick him up later in the day and having him bathed before coming home!"

"Both locations are exceptional! I'm always confident my baby is in good hands. This location is a bit out of the way but worth it for the groupon deal. I use them often to work out of town, it's a shame they don't have a membership or any running discounts for loyal customers or reoccurring visits. Truly love them, but may have to consider going elsewhere because it's becoming a bit pricey, on top of the 90 minute roundtrip. Oh and updates are provided during boarding, but only once during her 5 to 7 day stay, which is a bummer! Check out my Baby Khloe, she literally dances when I'm dropping her off and picking her up."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Best Friends Pet Care, Spring location. When I first found out that we would be looking to add a furry friend to our family, I started researching veterinarians and grooming facilities. Best Friends has BOTH....IN THE SAME PARKING LOT! This was a big plus, but I made sure to call both places and take tours before I even found my wonderful dog. They both are amazing, but this review is more toward the grooming/boarding facility. I have never been treated with any form of disrespect. They go out of their way to make us feel special and wanted. When I go on vacation, they always send me an email with a picture. I miss my girl so much that I often call to check on her too, they always speak with me in a kind and professional way. My dog, Phoebe has two groomers (she goes 1-2 times a month), Kayci and Krystal. They both are wonderful and Phoebe LOVES to see them. Phoebe plays in the group play before she is groomed. I love watching her make new friends on the webcam they have on their website (Note* Please get the outside cam working again, thanks!). I am sorry to hear that other people have had bad experiences, but I have never once experienced anything short of wonderful. I have recommended my friends there and I will continue to do so. Thanks Best Friends for making my little girl feel so loved and wanted."
