"Very pleased with United Network Link/ Mr AC Man for a home warranty service call for our AC. Danny contacted me the same day I submitted my request, notified me of the appointment window and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. They asked me a lot of questions about what was happening with our system and quickly performed diagnostics. I appreciated the throughout overview Danny provided, even explaining the difference between our lower level and upper level units. They fixed the issue and informed me on how to prevent future issues with preventive maintenance."
"Danny and his team were awesome! My HVAC went out during the hottest week of May so, I filed a claim through the home warranty. They came out within 24 hours to take a look at my unit, immediately submitted the diagnosis to the home warranty company, and came out on a Saturday (which was also his birthday) to replace my condenser as soon as parts became available. Danny and his team were so kind and informative, and went above and beyond to make such a stressful situation a positive experience!"
