"Do not use their online scheduling otherwise you'll never get an appointment. A lot of miscommunication going on between scheduler and dispatcher. I had nothing but issues ever since getting into business with them 3 years ago. They've no showed appointments numerous times. Once our 3 year membership is up we will not be going back. The technicians all have been great though once getting here."

"My AC went out suddenly luckily not in the dead of summer but it was still hot enough to make it feel worse inside than outside. They sent a tech out late on a Sunday night and while they didn't have the part that night, they scheduled to be there the next day early and were able to get our AC back up and going. The were willing to work with us a bit to make sure we could afford the repair which was greatly appreciated. Everyone we spoke with from the company were professional. The only aspect I'd wish was better is a more direct way to find out when the after hours tech would arrive. They couldn't provide an ETA and when I called the number to ask it went to a third party answering service that wasn't able to help. I'd use the service again."

"Sorry but this place is a joke. I called him out because my system was not running correctly. They sent me a guy out he comes out. He’s on my property for five minutes tells me my gas is low on my unit. I have an R 22 system so the gas is expensive or hard to find. He says they don’t deal with that gas and then turns into the ultimate sales man and tried to sell me a new system for my home. Not only did the guy miss diagnose my system irritatingly enough he tried to sell me a new system for my home that I don’t need. I ended up having another company come out to take care of my needs because this company failed to do so I called them to let them know exactly what happened , after extensively arguing on the phone for 30 minutes the guy said you know what I’ll just go ahead and issue a refund it’ll take 2 to 3 weeks in my displeasure I say OK I can handle that today I hear from one of their people asking me how my service was, and looking for a review Upon explaining my situation, he tells me that there is no refund coming my way. After hearing this of course I become irritated and get real short on the phone. The guy is a joke he’s only out for himself trying to take care of their company not worry about the customer. If you’re worried about getting your system, taken care of do not call these clowns , this company is a joke they’re only out for themselves not to take care of the customers. So I’ll have to eat the money. I should of known better. Maybe you should stick to plumbing."

"Awesome experience today with Dallas Plumbing & HVAC and the field technician went above and beyond to diagnose the problem with my AC. He explained the work needing to be completed regarding my fan motor & air compressor being replaced. Thanks again and I will make sure to use this company again in the future. 5 stars hands down!"
