"If you want your schedule delayed, plumbing stub outs placed in the wrong spots, unresponsive to calls or texts (unless he wants money), and more excuses for not being there than you will be able to believe, and leave your yard a total mess then this is your man."

"I dealt with Justin yesterday from start to finish. He was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. Thankfully he was able to come same day and get my hot water restored. He was professional and personable. He took care of me like family and I refuse to go anywhere else. They have a customer for life."

"Such an unprofessional company when it comes to Home Warranties! My husband and I noticed our water heater was no longer working properly. We had just bought our home a month prior, and decided to check with American Home Shield as we have a home warranty through them. They helped book us with North Texas Plumbing Solutions and an appointment was set the next day for NTPS to come out and inspect the heater. Patrick showed on time and was very friendly and professional. He found that the water heater needed to be replaced entirely as it was beyond repair. He said he needed to submit our diagnostic report to his boss who will then contact us about scheduling a date to install a new heater as he needs to go through American Home Shield first. Patrick was very efficient and was on the phone with his boss while I was there — I can tell he was diligent and did his job. Although, when I didn’t hear back the next day to schedule an instillation appointment, I asked my husband to call NTPS to see about scheduling the installation as it had been 5 days since we had hot water — 20degree weather was also coming this week leading up to Christmas. I knew if we didn’t get an appointment set asap, we probably wouldn’t receive our new heater until after the Holiday. My husband calls and immediately tells me the man he spoke to was rude - he asked him about our pending appointment and the man said “I suggest you be patient”. I asked my husband to show me the number he had called, which was the number Google pulls up for this company. I called the number and the same man, now I know to be named Justin, answered the phone. I can tell he was on a job site as I can hear him working a machine in the background. I asked him if he had an update on when we can expect them to come install the new water heater. He said the same thing to me that he told my husband. He stated, “I suggest you be patient and we will get there when we get there”. I asked him what that meant, as we need to schedule an appointment. He stated he had to wait on American Home Shield to give the okay, after reviewing our diagnostic report. I then asked him if he had an update on the status of our report and he said he did not. I continued to question if the report was filed and if there was someone I can speak to in that regard, as I need to know when to expect the instillation as my husband and I both work during the week. He again repeated that we “need to be patient” and “there is no one else we can talk to”. He continued to talk over me and was not helpful at all. I hung up the phone and called American Home Shield. After AHS reviewed our claim, they found our diagnostic report was never submitted! NTPS never sent through our report or request for a new water heater instillation date! AHS then called NTPS and advised them they are obligated to send them the diagnostic in order to move along. NTPS advised them they will send the report within 24hours. The following morning, I called AHS and they still said they hadn’t received the report but will reach out again. At this point we have been waiting two days for them to submit the documents and there is still no appointment set for when we can expect a new heater. Finally they submit the report but claim they cannot come out until December 24th! It is now the 21st at this time. AHS ended up working it out and scheduled them to come out December 22nd. Patrick ended up coming back for the instillation and was done in about an hour — it didn’t end up taking too much time, so why did they give such a hassle? After he left, roughly ten minutes later I received an invoice to pay for the services that American Home Shield did not cover under warranty. They were quick to send us a bill but not quick to submit our diagnostic? Overall, this was a horrible experience in terms of professionalism and punctuality. We could tell that because NTPS was hired from AHS under home warranties and not directly, they did not care or put much effort into our claim. If you are thinking of choosing them willingly, think twice."

"Justin was timely, professional, and efficient when he changed out two water heaters and replaced an outdoor faucet for me. The cost was over 25% less than one competitor and almost 50% less than another. Don’t waste your time with any other outfit. Call these nice folks now. Oops, I almost forgot... They answered the phone!"
