"I went from a great experience to a horrible experience with dog boarding real fast. The staff is friendly but the level of competence is not there. I boarded my dog for a visit over Christmas and picked him up and after bringing him home he started coughing. I took him to the vet and he had kernel cough and my vet recognized he’d been sick for several days. Staff said nothing when I picked him up. After the visit to my vet and them diagnosing it, I went in and let the staff know he was sick. No emails were sent out and no follow ups. Instead I was left with a dog that has been sick for a month and $1,000 in vet bills. I did follow up via email with them and the manager finally emailed me back after a few days with a generic response. Sadly, you lost a customer who happens to live in The Pearl and I will never recommend your business to anyone. Also for doggy boarding your team needs to provide updates to owners while they’re away, or a report card. Don’t waste your time or your money sending your furry friend here!"

"Good dog is by far the best doggie daycare i’ve ever taken my pup to! All the girls that work there are amazing and so sweet with my pup. Cacey is amazing and always makes sure my pup feels welcome. 10/10 worth it and would recommend to all my friends!"

"Good Dog Boarding & Walks is the BEST place for my puppy Mabel Lu. She was a bit afraid of other dogs and was very reluctant to go to day care. I emailed the staff about her fear and received a detailed plan on how Mabel Lu would be introduced to the pack in a gentle manner letting Mabel Lu find her way. She sat on laps and watched for a couple of weeks before she ventured out by herself. For the last 7 months, she has been attending day care for at least one day a week and usually more AND she now runs for door and can’t wait to get in there with her friends. Once while waiting to go in another dog came in and she and Mabel Lu stood on their hind legs and high fived each other. I am completely confident in the care she gets at Good Dog and exceedingly glad I found them. I’d give more than 5 stars if it was an option. Good place for Mabel Lu and her friends. Highly recommend!"

"Our dog is absolutely obsessed with Good Dog. We live nearby, and he mopes and stares on days he doesn’t get to go see his friends. As soon as he knows he’s going, he sits to put his leash on and runs when the gate opens. The employees always receive him with just as much love as he gives them. We’ve been taking Waffles for almost 9 months now, I think, and he never seems to grow board of it. I think it also speaks well that he started going as a pretty young dude, and now has very good manners around other dogs. They also do cute things like holiday parties, enrichment play, and lots of social media posts. We love seeing updates about our boy."
