"We travel the country full-time and have left our beloved pups with several Rovers and Boarding facilities over the years. Lucy's was exceptional! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, communicated extremely well, and took excellent care of our pups. Having access to a camera in their suite and play areas brought us peace of mind. Their report cards certainly proved lots of care, as they described our boys well. We opted for a bath + nail trim just before pickup, which we'd also recommend. Our dogs are now satisfied and sleepy. We will certainly return and would highly recommend Lucy's at Thousand Oaks to those who love their pets like family and want to be sure they're happy and safe."
"I prefer the 1604 location. This one is not as organized and are more sloppy in their grooming I had to trim several stray hairs they didn’t notice. Example below Also didn’t listen to instructions, cut way too short when I asked for it to be longer They are very caring and affectionate towards dogs But I think I rather drive the extra 20 min for a better job"
"We will NOT go anywhere but Lucy’s! I’m very protective of our babies and trust no one! My fiancé and I have no kids, our fur babies are our kids! Lucy’s never EVER seems to disappoint. The staff is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of our babies. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner today, one of the nicest people I have EVER met. You can hear the sincerity in his voice and the way he talks to you of how much he cares for ALL of the dogs in his facility, he treats them as his own. His whole staff is a reflection of him and my fiancé and I can’t thank the whole staff of Lucy’s Doggy Day Care and Spa for ALWAYS taking care of Bucky and Zoey. They look forward to visiting again in the future! Thank y’all for everything y’all do."
