"Drove two hours to try to get some MTD warranty work done with this person, as I was explaining to him what the machine is doing and how the left tire will stop turning and drag across the grass and the how the steering wheel binds (I have a Zero Turn with a steering wheel) he interrupts and starts to give me a lesson on how the drive train work (I’m also a mechanic and needed warranty work done). I told him yes I understand, so he drove it around and says it works just fine let me see you drive it. As I was driving it he stops me and says don’t drive so fast. He refused to listen to me that there was something wrong with the machine and refused to work on it. I took it to another shop down the road and explained it to them the same way, and with out even driving it they knew exactly what was wrong with it because they have a more experienced staff than this shade tree mechanic. If you decide to take your machine here just be ready to leave with it still broke."
"Took John Deere zero turn riding lawnmower they had it fixed in less than a week. Very reasonably priced. Thought I was going to have to replace engine, but actually turned out to be 2 parts for $25. Plus had them preform yearly service for $80. Will definitely be repeat customer if ever need again and would recommend. Also, Rob that works there is a combat veteran. Thanks for your service Rob!"
