"We called Dennis late at night on a Friday night worried that our heaters were not working. Dennis assured us that we would not have to be cold that night and was so sweet to drive an hour to come and fix everything. We were particularly worried, because a cold front is coming into town, but he told us not to worry and literally took care of everything. He was so polite and calming, and I am so thankful to him."

"BUYER BEWARE! A very challenging vender. They charged us over $5000 in service and our system is less functional than prior to connecting with Texas Total Comfort. At one visit when I arrived in the garage, the technician, physically, would not leave our home without payment of over $2,500, only to come inside and the system was still leaking in the living room as they tried to drive off in their truck. After pulling these charges from us and leaving us with an ineffective system (95 degrees in house today), they decide they didn’t want to work on the system anymore. After 4 attempts to contact the manager/owner directly, he still refused to have any communication or return a call. I never leave reviews and understand the impact of reviews, but feel if I had this information we would have been better off. We simply do not understand how we could be charged this amount of money, have a system that is now completely broken, and without any proper communication. BEWARE."
