"I cannot say enough about how helpful Ledford is. We have never had a septic tank before. At 3am an alarm went off. Of course I am thinking my house is about to explode with poop. As soon as they opened in the morning, I called. They person who answered the phone walked me through EVERY step to check to see if they needed to come out immediately or if this was only air or something in the line. We realized their was only likely air in the line and they are coming out to fix it."
"Called on a late Friday to have some repair work done on our septic system. They were very helpful and had a repairman out to our house on Monday. The repairmen, Dillon and Douglas, were very quick to get the problem fixed and gave me instructions on the care I needed to do on the system. I'm very appreciative of the help/resolution of our issues from our septic system."

I have never had an issue with any of their technicians.
