"Have had them come out to my place of employment multiple times. Nothing they fix has ever stayed fixed very long. They did a 5000$ install job on a new door that now has a broken hinge that caused the door to bend less than a year later and they want to charge 200$ to just come look at it. Not to fix it. (The reason the door is broken is because of the wind. The wind is blocked to the south but not to the north. If they had just moved the hinges to the other side of the door then we would not even be having this problem) I could go on. Communication is non existent. (We waiting months for that install and got no updates from them. I had to call and bug them every week or so. Customer service was not helpful at all. I also have a front door they installed the stops on and they didn’t last a year either. Unfortunately, they are not any other options in my area. I don’t know what I’m going to do but I a going to try my best to avoid using this company again. And maybe look into learning how to fix commercial doors because the competition would be easy to beat. Lol"

"Replaced 18 residential windows. They did an excellent job and we are pleased with the quality of the windows. They kept us informed as to when they would be arriving each day and they made sure to answer any questions we had during the sales presentation and during the installation. And they followed up after the job was completed to see how we liked the windows and if we had any questions or issues. We are very pleased with their professionalism. We are planning an enclosed patio for next spring and Granbury Door & Window will be the one we call when we’re ready to proceed with that addition."

They installed seven windows and two inserts in my French doors in five hours. I am very happy with my new windows! I am remodeling a 40 year home and I love the new look!
