"Sold a cheap, unbranded, imported Apple Watch charger to my grandpa for $50. I found TWO for $10 on Amazon. They insisted they had a no refund policy written on the receipt although this was not disclosed at any other point. Employee had very minimal knowledge about how the Apple Watch or charger worked."

"Shady business practice, front desk worker gave us a good price on a service and told us it would take about 1hr to be done. Came back 1.5hrs later and the phone was still not ready, no biggie. Waited another 15min at the store until the same worker tells me he doesn’t want to have me wait any longer and proceeds to pull out the phone that was getting fixed from the front counter. The phone was never worked on because after agreeing to a repair the worker has to inform his boss/business owner so he can go and conduct the repair. Spent 2 hours of my day waiting on the pos owner without me knowing. Shady business practice, kudos to the worker who, even though he made me wait, saw i was just wasting my time and told me how they really conduct business. According to the worker, his boss orders him to hold off on the clients and stall them to not loose any repair sales. POS owner."

"Overly priced cases! Bought a $50 case for iPad 10th generation yesterday 4/7/2023, they told me it would fit and that if I didn’t it could return for a full refund. Today 4/8/23 I went to return it and they refused to give me my money back. Shop Shein they have similar styles for $5/$7 and plain silicone clear phones cases for $1 not $30!! Bad service and they lie to get people to purchase"
