"I had a couple of tires from Tirerack. I asked for a quote to install and balance the tires and to turn the rear rotors. The quote was $140.00. When came to pick up the car the bill had doubled to $280. He said he didn't know they were 19 inches low profile tires and he said they had a lot trouble removing the old tires and installing the new ones. Lesson learned take Tirerack tires to a tire shop. I had two such tires installed at a tire shop for $40. If Pedraza's doesn't had the proper equipment to install such tires they should say so . Not impressed. Won't go back there for any future car care."
