"Chris fixed my braking issue FAST! My car had been shaking when coming to a stop for a while now. I was reluctant getting it fixed because i usually only trust dealerships to work on my car (i figured, "who knows more about my old Chevy than a Chevy dealer") but i know that it costs an arm and a leg. After i took my car into FIESTA CHEVROLET in Edinburg they kept giving me the run around. First, they didn't have the parts. Then, a month later (after i MYSELF contacted them because no one reached out to me) they said they barely (magically) got the parts and it was because of covid that things were running so slow. Took my car in again, STILL the runaround! Excuses, trying to reach me when their service department was about to close when i was at work so i couldn't answer the call. They kept my car for almost a week before they told me they couldn't fix one part because it was "discontinued". I had to walk and Uber That whole time! Got a recommendation from a friend to take it here and not only did he fix the problem he also replaced my rotors which i had originally told the dealership was one of my concerns but they never once mentioned the that the rotors needed to be replaced. I took it in on a Thursday at about 3:30 PM and he called me Friday the next day at about 1:00 PM to tell me that it was ready. Now my car drives and brakes like it's new. THANK YOU CHRIS AND THE WORKERS OF TEXAS EXPRESS LUBE! YOU ALL ARE LIFE SAVERS!"

"They forgot to put the top after doing an oil change , we drove home trusting they did everything correctly and our car breaks down completely and no longer worked . . . They gave us 500$ but we couldn’t find anyone to help us with 500& down . I was pregnant and that was our only reliable car . I was very sad so I don’t recommend them ."
