"Total AC was assigned to us by American Home Shield. No communication, no returned calls or texts until they missed the appointment window to tell us that we should ask American Home Shield to find another vendor. Disappointed that they would leave customers in 100+ degree weather for a few days only to cancel. Looks like they started as a great company but service has declined. If you are assigned them by American Home Shield, look elsewhere."
"Honestly.. one star is not even enough to not rate this company. My mother has been dealing with this nightmare with no AC and if you’re from Texas, you would know the HEAT we have been experiencing. I’m sure the owner, workers and secretaries are comfortable in their homes with lovely AC while my family and I are living in heat. WORST EVER COMPANY. never replied. Never answers. Doesn’t even announce they would not be able to show up. Since May and we are in July.. make the math. Horrible experience!!"
"I met the owner and his father when they arrived to my residence to troubleshoot my A/C. The issue was fixed at a very reasonable price. This company now services my parents A/C along with my siblings A/C. I highly recommend Total Air, give them a chance to service your A/C needs."
"This company has been a Total nightmare to work with. They NEVER answer the phone, they do NOT return phone calls or text messages. I have NEVER come across such an unprofessional company they lack basic communication skills and common courtesy. I have been waiting for over a month to be contacted by this company so they can repair my A/C thru, American Homeshield, to this day I have yet to be contacted with an update for a repair date or any kind of update at all. It is 100+ degrees outside and I have small children and they could not careless about the families that they impact. If they were unable to complete a work order they should not have accepted it. They are a complete and total nightmare."

Their timeliness, speed, and quality of work at an affordable price makes them a rare gem here in the RGV. 10/10. Will never go with another company again and thanks to them and God my children are not suffering in the heat right now."
