"Stay away guys thay fix your problem but thay will change you 3 times extra i go for pm service and refer alarm check refer system thay charge me alteneter belts and seals doesn’t give me estimate and take 2 days charge me 3100 And give me traler closing time but i check thay did not change belts and alternator if my alternator not good my battery should be dead but its not thy ripped off my money so stay away"
"Had a after hours issue with the compressor on my reefer dur8ng a temp load, called W&B and agreed to meet him at the shop. He was within 10 minutes of when he said he would be there, cleared out a bay and I backed In. About 2 hours later Reefer unit was up and running perfectly. I come to McAllen/Pharr quite a bit I would definitely recommend for service."

"My Refer on the trailer shut down on me and I had to call the company that I am working with to have it fixed and they sent me to this great place after hours and the great gentleman named Joseph was a great help and got the refer to start back working! He did a awesome and quick job! If I could give him a rate of a 10 that's what would put for him instead of a rate of 5! Thank you again for the awesome and quick job!I would recommend them to anyone that has a problem with their trailer if they are down this way!"
