"First time I ever took my vehicle here thinking I would get great service. Boy I was wrong. I paid over 1200 on a ac system that never worked probably took it back after a month they said it was a defective system so they said they put a new one but it's still doesn't work properly. So I ask to get it fix and assuming I would get it fix the 3rd time they said it's something else just so they can charge me 500 more for a back blower and another 500 for a leaky pipe.. I mean come on. A blower cost 35 used and 80 something new and a leaky pipe I thought they check that after the new system is replaced."
"I understand why the manufacturers places cost more when you take them there. They have your part and can instantly get started and fix it. My car has been there for a month and they've barely started on it, but cant get the part. Not impressed. It's worth the extra money to go to your manufacturers service shop."
