"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I CALLED THE BUSINESS TO INQUIRE INFORMATION ABOUT A CELL PHONE REPAIR ON MY BROKEN SCREEN FOR TWO IPHONES. SOME GUY IN A TIGHT BUTTON UP SHIRT AND A MOHAWK BY THE NAME ON ANTONIO GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER FACEBOOK MESSENGER $45 FOR EACH SCREEN THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. ARRIVING TO THE BUSINSS ANTONIO SWITCHED UP THE PRICE AND TOLD ME IT WAS $60 FOR EACH PHONE AND $30 FOR THE TEMPERED GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR. I KINDLY MENTIONED IT WAS NOT WAS HE TOLD ME WHEN I INITIALLY ASKED ABOUT PRICES THEN HE TOLD ME I MUST HAVE BEEN BLIND FOR NOT READING THE FINE PRINT ON THE MARKETING ADD. BRO BUY A SHIRT THAT FITS AND WORRY ABOUT NOT GIVING FALSE INFORMATION AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CLIENTS THAT NEED SETVICES ON THEIR PHONE. IT WAS TILL AFTER I SAW SUCH BAD REVIEWS ON THIS SMALL BUSINESS AND I REALIZED I SHOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY TIME. GOD BLESS AND WASH YALLS HANDS."

"Careful with this place it's a RIP off, took my samsung they charge 55 just for looking at it then 200 to repair the screen turns out the screen was from another phone with diffrent color. And my front camera didn't work afterwards. Plus the owner has an attitude all the time!!!"

"The guy there is rude I wasted 120$ for my iphone.to be blocked again. And he wanted to charge again if it happened to block. I went to someone else in McAllen and they did an excellent job every feature works. My messages n wifi calling werent working. Turns out this place has old software to unblock phones. Your best bet is going someone else I wish I hadn't wasted my time here. He had my phone for 4 days. And the new place did everything in less than 10 min and my phone is excellent."

"Worse Experience EVER! I left my Samsung S8+ for a glass replacement and the owner told me that it will be done within a day. That was a lie. They never answer their phones. Once I got in contact with someone they rudely told me "doesn't matter how long it would take to fix your screen as long as we are careful with your LCD" and then they hung up. I patiently waiting for 5 freaking DAYS! The owner finally called me back just to tell me that they broke my LCD and that I have to pay $210 for a replacement. I trusted them, that they'll do their job right. I saw that this place was a 5 star so I trusted these reviews. I wouldn't recommend no one and i mean NO ONE this place. These pictures are what is left of my phone. Yes they offered to put my phone back together but what for when they already did enough damage to it. Please be careful and don't trust these people with your phones."
