"These guys were extremely helpful, professional, and very fair pricing! I took an iPad in for screen repair and to replace the battery. It worked great for about a week and then wouldn’t turn on. I took it back- still under warranty from the repair- and they went above and beyond to fix the issue- at no additional cost to me. I would recommend them to anyone having issues with devices!"
"My phone fell out of my pocket and into the water while I was giving the kids a bath. The screen was non-responsive but it still turned on and seemed to otherwise be in working order. iFix kindly reviewed the cost to replace the whole phone versus replacing just the screen, because ordering an entirely new phone would have been the more economical option. They suggested I purchase a replacement with an online retailer to save money rather than a local box store. They also offered to at least try to open the phone and see if they could fix it- though it would be unlikely to work. We went the least invaisive and least costly option first and, thankfully, it worked. So, in about 30 minutes, my phone was fully functional again for minimal cost. I felt like they were very honest, direct, and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to others and I will be sure to visit again if needed."
