"The staff is not very helpful and have looks of misery all over their faces. When you go to sign in, nobody greets you. I got different information from each person I spoke to. Wait time is 2 hours or longer ALWAYS. You can tell staff is just dragging. The office manager is super proud to profess her position and loved giving orders but does absolutely nothing to help. Staff here are all idiots! Dr is nice but dealing with the office staff, I'll pass."

"This so called Doctor is a joke he refused to see me on an over the phone questions from one of his employee. If he chose that decision based on over the phone then he is not the right fool for me anyways. Avoid this fool."

"Receptionists are rude and will slam the windows at your face mid-question. The process for checking in can be confusing and there is nothing (and noone) that will explain it. Dr. Salinas is more interested in ranting about his upcoming family cruise than learning about and/or explaining symptoms, side effects, or any other life events you're experiencing. The visit is about 10 minutes if he feels particularly chatty about his life that day. I was 18 when he first prescribed me an anxiety medication. I was told it was non-addictive and wouldn't cause any severe side effects. Two years later, I'm still struggling to get off the medication with severe brain zaps and other effects that Salinas refused to validate when I told him. This medication has affected me in ways I never would have known, and he was more than happy to not do anything about it. His treatment left me at a worse place than before. My experience is not unique, many have said the same. Please do not go."

"Very welcoming throughout from the staff up front to the actual Doctor. He really cares about his patients and makes you feel more than just a patient and more like family. I'm glad to have found an establishment that cares. Thank you."
