"I have an older boat, this is a boat shop so me being a reasonable person I figured maybe they can fix my boat. Well I brought it in and was told "maybe I should buy a new boat" by Phyllis (front office). Hmm, why didn't I think of that? Long story even longer I paid over 200 bucks to be told they couldn't figure out what was wrong w my boat and was told by James to buy a new motor. Im in the wrong business. All I need to do is have a storefront, have customers come into my place, stand there and take a look at their broken equipment, tell them to buy new equipment and charge them hundreds of dollars. Don't waste your time coming here these people never called me back, and I mean never kept me up to date on what was going on. The front office is unprofessional and borders on rude and they don't fix anything and charge hundreds for it. I give credit where credit is due and I wish I had something nice to say about this place but I cant do that in good conscience. Given the response by " the owner" I rest my case. So when your car breaks down do you just run and buy another? Smh...very unprofessional as demonstrated by their response."

"Unfortunately we took a motor in today and the woman up front was extremely rude. She seemed mad that we were even trying to give them business when we have other options in this area and we’re wanting to stay local to support small businesses. I understand everyone has a bad day occasionally but customer service is the key to keeping service. Too bad I can’t put 1/2 a star review."
