"I knew I needed a battery, unfortunately mech rubbed off serial number. Difficult to look up warranty. Winded up getting manager to assist me. Word to advise don't rub off serial number. It was 2yrs old and 5yr warranty, of course they don't have that battery anymore."

It wasn't their fault, Walmart corporates are cutting staff and leaving them short of the techs it takes to get customers in and out. Big Corp thinking of their back pocket and forgetting the customers who put money in their pockets"
