"I went to Bar E because I was renting a moving truck. Man, this place is super squared away. Many places that serve as a hub for renting trucks provide poor customer service, but not Bar E. It was cold and icy with freezing temperatures the morning I showed up to rent my truck. But Monica opened the doors early for me and welcomed me inside. She was super polite and friendly. Jordan took care of my truck rental. He was super personable and gave me great customer service. I spent 23.5 years in the military, and let me tell you, Bar E runs a professional shop! All of the workers I witnessed were cordial and professional to not only me but to each other as well. If you're in the Hondo area and need to rent a moving truck, this is the spot! They also provide a full range of tire sales and service, as well as small engine repair. Thanks, Bar E. You guys are incredible!"

Bent E was able to come help me change my tire (I didn’t have a working jack) outside of town, and provided great service (very honest) to change out my tires. I didn’t know them before today and had never met any of them before today, but they are a great team. 5 stars all the way"
