"It is a worst company I have ever dealt with. They shipped wrong parts to me and I return in time for credit. The staff took the parts back and told me they would send me a credit on June 7th 2023. (I have receipt) I continue getting invoice from them to collect payments for the parts I had returned. I called them July; Aug and Sept 2024; talked with Denis, Randy and Pam; Denis and Pam put notes in their system. I heard the sound of key board. It is Feb 2024; I have not got any credit from them; instead; I have getting threaten letters and invoices to collect payment for the parts I had returned. Denis and Pam both told me a credit memo will be sent to me soon. I have been telling my friends with sleep issue not to go to Lincare. Customer ID # 1693-1760"

"Update from four months later: I have still not received the $100 refund for returned items SERIOUSLY do not go here if you don’t have to, even if your doctor recommends it - ASK FOR A DIFFERENT PROVIDER! I returned my medical equipment two months ago and am still getting charged monthly for it. They also didn’t remove my auto shipment of new supplies so I got charged for that and had to go through the hassle of returning it - still waiting for the money back for this. I’ve had to call this company 5+ times and it’s always a long wait time. Also the employees at the local building are super unfriendly and it’s weird - but I guess it makes sense since the building is the dreariest warehouse looking space I’ve ever seen. Please trust these reviews and know that THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and not to be dramatic but I’d rather suffocate in my sleep than deal with these people again lmao"

"I’m back one month later, with the same issue. I received another bill stating I am overdue to pay for supplies that I returned two months ago. The local center put the credit through but it has not been applied to my account yet. They applied the credit, called me back and stated that I owe $60 for equipment rental from February 10. I purchased such equipment February 24 and paid for it in full. End of story from Lincare. They will not credit my account or look into my account any further They said I have to go to the local center. Lincare can’t get their processes or accounting together. I will certainly never buy from them again and can’t wait to get this resolved. I would give them zero stars if it were possible."

"I'd give them zero if I could. They wasted 2hrs of my life today and transferred me around to 10 different people. I'd rather not go through my insurance company than use them. The only time you can get a hold of anyone is when they're relentlessly calling you trying to sell you stuff."

"My sister is on a bipap machine and her mask had a hole in it. For two days now my niece has tried to get the on call persons to bring a replacement mask to her and the oncall persons does not answer. The supervisor would do nothing except contact the o call person to have them return my nieces call. Meanwhile my sister who relies on this machine to help her breathe is using a mask with a hole in it that my niece tried to fix. This type of customer service is horrific and unacceptable!"
