"It was more than a year we were going here for grooming, the front lady and Andrew were great. My little boy, 20 pound Maltipoo, gets stressed with strangers but each time, Andrew calmed him down. Last week, the owner was in front and called me after dropping Coco and informed me that coco bit Andrew and he is bleeding. I went to pick him, but when I got there, she changes her words and said no, coco did not cause bleeding but refused grooming coco and recommended using sedation. I took him to another grooming. he got full grooming and was happy. So sad as I liked the front office and Andrew's work but the owner is not interested in her business."
