"My wife placed an online order and I stopped by after work to pick it up. I notified the store early as I was on my way to the store about 10 minutes before arriving and chose curbside pickup. Pulled into the parking lot and into the one spot reserved for curbside pickup and once again notified the store I was there. Waited over 20 minutes and no one brought my order out. Finally cut my losses and went into the store where 5 people were behind the counter but none apparently had been informed that I was there waiting at the curbside. Once they located my order I was out and on my way. Merchandise was great and price was fair as well, they just need to do a better job taking care of curbside pickup orders."
"Everytime I've been in this store it has been understaffed and those who do work there obviously don't want to be. So, to avoid the obvious frustration that customers cause to employees by just existing, I use the website. Boy, talk about a joke. It's nearly bait and switch with all the products that are available "in-stock" only to put them in your cart and then have to remove them once you check out because they are in fact not in-stock. Oh and here's the best part! Once you place your order weeks in advance, they will REMOVE ITEMS THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT from your order!? Are you kidding me right now? How on earth is a place like this still in business? I'll tell you. Unfortunately, they're the only game in town. Where else can you get inflated balloons delivered? Nowhere locally that I know of. So, I guess we'll just keep rolling the dice and fingers crossed our order is COMPLETELY fulfilled and shows up.. Horrible."
"They don’t have stuff for 18th birthday celebrations, which was literally the only stuff I was looking for. But, man, they have a ton of different things - we made do - and everyone I encountered was very friendly."

"Needed balloons for a high school reunion. Clerk took time to check on inventory of balloons originally wanted and was helpful in finding a substitute. Filled order within an hour and when one burst in the car, replaced it upon returning to the store quickly and graciously. Good customer service!"
