"Showed up almost 2 hours late, and charged us $50 just to Google the brand name of our water heater and tell us it would then be over $300 an hour to diagnose it. Never even turned on the hot water to try investigate our problem and they were gone with our money in less than 15 minutes. Now we still have no hot water, no idea what's wrong, and out $50 which is a lot to us. They were more than happy to give us the $4k quote to install an equivalent $700 water heater tho! Extremely dissatisfied with this business, and legit feel cheated. Could have easily asked us the brand name and given a quote over the phone since they literally did nothing for that $50."
