"I drive to this goodwill from Barnhart about every other month or so. We make it a day trip and visit other stores, only in Chesterfield. I always find great finds at this particular Goodwill over all others in the St. Louis area and the store is kept tidy as far as Goodwills go. The only thing keeping me from giving more stars is the employees at this location are not as friendly and as helpful as other area locations. A few smiles go a long way, and even as hard as I tried to pass along some good friendly vibes...I didnt get so much as a have a good day as I left and the gentleman working there didnt even offer to hold the door for me as I carried a coffee table out to my truck. Sorry folks, customer service and common decency are an ABSOLUTE must for me!!!"

"Great location with ample parking, and the front of the building looks modern and inviting. Walk inside, however and it’s just like any old Goodwill. Except maybe smaller. I was genuinely surprised by just how much smaller this place was on the inside. And the selection of clothes, books, and furniture/random junk was pretty lackluster compared to other Goodwills around St. Louis that I’ve been to recently. Perhaps it was just picked over and I was visiting on a bad day (Sunday). The point is, it looks like it’s the Goodwill of the Future, but inside it’s like any other."
