"Located in the heart of Evanston and NW campus, we found it by chance since we were just picking up some food around the corner, and we surely glad that we did. The interior decors do have some french essences, especially the furnitures. The drinks are on point and the tarts are exceptional in terms of the ingredients, presentation and taste. The taste is on the lighter side which is how they should be. You should taste the freshness of the treat, which is enlightened by then natural sweetness of thebingedients and not overly indulge in sugar. We haven't had the chance to try the croissants, which will be the deciding factor for the authenticity. Can't wait!"

"I heard that the desserts here are delicious, so I ordered almost all kinds of desserts, from eclairs to quiches and macarons. Personally, the most delicious was the quiche. I ate it while still admiring it. The macarons and eclairs were also good, but maybe because I was expecting too much, I felt they were average, and the quiche really exceeded my expectations. I want to come back next time and try other kinds. The atmosphere and interior are so pretty, so it's good to go with friends or go on a date."

"My campus organization got our Formal catered by Coralie and were incredibly pleased! The service we received was phenomenal, as the owner (Pascal) was very communicative and flexible when we needed to change plans. He spoke with me to coordinate the order and even provided delivery. The food was beyond delicious and everyone at the event took the extra servings home! We ordered the tomato, lorraine, smoked salmon, and ratatouille quiches, as well as the flan, napoleon, and lemon meringue. They were all delicious and Coralie provided them presliced for us, which made the event go even smoother. Coralie is well worth the price and a lovely local business!"

"Loved it! We stumbled upon Pâtisserie Coralie as we were headed elsewhere. I'm so glad we decided to ditch our other plans and eat here. We had delicious coffee, latte and cappuccino, a ham andcheese baguette an an avocado smoked salmon baguette. All items were delicious, they did not disappoint. It was all so good we took an almond chocolate croissant, chocolate Madeleine's and a baguette for later. My party would highly recommend and will definitely be back. I almost forgot to mention the friendly, courteous staff, and adorable seating areas."
