"This location received a faxed prescription order from my doctor the day of my Dr.'s visit, yet due to the negligence and incompetency of pharmacy staff at this CVS location, my prescription wasn't filled until five days after the faxed order was transmitted. When I attempted to pick up my prescription two days after my Dr's visit, the pharmacy associate I spoke with had no knowledge of the faxed order which had already been successfully transmitted to this location. Three days later, I addressed this issue with a pharmacy associate at this location over the phone, and he made no efforts to take accountability for this oversight. Unless you don't mind experiencing highly unreliable service, I strongly recommend avoiding using this CVS Pharmacy location to fill prescriptions."
"For the most part this is a decent location and I usually don't experience any issues other than the pharmacy line is ALWAYS long and they only have 1 cashier working. The other employees heads stay down lookin at the computers. But, on this day another clerk in the front of the store was very RUDE to a customer! She literally said to him, "I TOLD YOU TO GET IN THE LINE, IN THE LINE, A LINE!!!" She said, this LOUDLY so I turned to see who she was talking to. The young man looked confused but, smiled and walked towards her. She had no RIGHT to berate him like that! I don't know her name but, she NEEDS to be talk Proper Ettiquette when talking to customers!! #SMH"
"Over heard one associate yell "This is is not Europe!! This is America" It appeared like one older Ukrainian lady had a problem with the change machine and tried to get help with her limited English. And instead of help she got this response. Totally uncalled for and trashy."
