"Cashier Patty M is a racist. I felt extremely uncomfortable and treated so poorly in this location. I never had any problem in Jewel Osco ever before and first time I felt like nobody. She was clearly having trouble with me, not even hi, bye and her eyes were rolling and the way she gave me the receipt was very disrespectful. I felt full rage and hate. I am a paying customer and I am not stealing or doing anything wrong. She’s having conversations with lady front of me and smiled at her then and completely shifted when it’s come to my turn. I just never felt disrespected this much and disgusted by her behavior."

"First of all multiple times, way too many to count, I have purchased different food items from the store with mold and or Rot on them. Second of all it’s pretty clear that during and now post Covid the store does not wanna operate on a great level. The prices are higher sometimes than even Whole Foods which is kind of surprising. The staff is less than interested in being helpful for the most part. I cannot wait until the new grocery store opens in town so I can stop going here. Honestly this is just not the place to do business because they don’t deserve your business"
"There is an employee who treats customers very badly, my son has an acute ear infection, he took all my data and my son's insurance with his insurance card, he told me to come back in 20min to pick up the antibiotic. When I came back he said that "something had happened" that the insurance card was not right and that he could not give me the antibiotic but that if I wanted I could pay for it. My question is... couldn't you tell me that "something" happened 20min before I was waiting for my son's antibiotic? To be able to give a call to the insurance? Pathetic! That's my word to describe the service I received yesterday."
