"Staff was not helpful, they where to focused on making an appointment rather then verifying my insurance, and then once I found out my insurance covered they where quick to backtrack and say I was going to have to follow up on my own as “we don’t do that here” nothing worst then a doctors office that is worried about making money rather then helping their patients."

"I've been his patient for a few years and he's a fantastic doctor. He doesn't push to talk about things unless I'm ready. The couple of bad reviews I see are about billing. Most Doctor offices charge a fee of you're late or don't show. Just call to reschedule at a reasonable time and that won't happen. I've never been charged for that. I have 3 kids and things come up all the tint. Anyways... GREAT DOCTOR!"

"I'm a former patient of this doctor. I'm 99% certain he's just a pill mill. I'm a high functioning adult with ADD who relocated from the east. Texas law mandates that pharmacies don't accept out of state prescriptions for ADD medicine, which I respect. I picked this doctor at random from the google results because he was closest to the house. Ironically he only does video or phone appointments anyway (had I known!). He charges $300 for the initial appointment. Fine. I've been on the same drug, same dosage for nearly a decade. But fine. This doctor proceeded to tell me his life journey for 45 minutes. Not that I needed much beyond a prescription, but for $300 he could have made some effort. In the end, I just need a prescription so I patiently listened. Maybe I should have charged him, lol! Every 3 months, he charges me $75 for what he bills as a 15 minute minute prescription consultation. Literally, these consultations are 30 second phone calls. He can't get me off the phone fast enough. The last straw was that I had a gap between prescription consultations of 6 months because I was out of the country all summer. His office policy was to charge me $300 again for a new one hour starting session....after like two years (and eight 30 second prescription consultations!). Thanks, but no thanks. For $300, I'd rather get a real doctor."
