"They closed the account on me without me submitting near $6,000 worth of invoices to be refunded to me from the work of the contractors that I paid them with personal checks. I told them I wouldn’t submit the invoices until the last of the work is done. They said the inspector approved all repairs and they had already paid the contractors. What I believe they did is returned the amount set aside by the escrow for repairs back to the seller. These are crooked people I am working with. These people have no conscience and probably rip people off so often that it is just another day’s business. His name is Eian Warma, the president."
"Save yourself a lot of trouble down the road and DO NOT use this company. They failed to check to see if all the utilities had been paid prior to closing. It is the law and it is their job!! Makes me wonder what else they failed to check on. After closing and moving in we began receiving notices of unpaid sewer bills. No one should have to go thru this right after moving into their home."
