"Overworked and understaffed. Management is the problem at this location. The store is dirty and unkempt. The pharmacy is slow and overwhelmed. I hope that this store participates in the Pharmacist strikes so that management can realize that they are the root cause of the failures at this location."

"Find a different pharmacy. This one has gone steeply downhill, and it wasn’t great to start with. Routine 30+ minute wait time on phone calls, but you have to call, since there’s only about a 1% chance that any automatic or forward-dated refills will be noticed or completed unless you directly contact them. They don’t reach out to notify of any insurance/supply issues. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and have been on hold today for 45+ minutes to get an automatic refill of a common medication. Go to a different pharmacy if at all possible."

"Difficult to or unable to speak with someone by phone on multiple occasions now in the past to check on why prescription was outright canceled without further information and another was delayed. Planned to charge $112 for a medication on a $4 list at Walmart. Was told they hadn't started processing a prescription that had been submitted and they couldn't say when it would be ready and then commented it would take a long time. Because of this I asked to transfer it to another pharmacy and had the other pharmacy call to start the process because the medication was urgently needed. Somehow during the time it took to transfer the script they also filled the prescription. However, they had already transferred the script so the now physically available medication couldn't be obtained. Overall challenging to get a hold of, poor communication, slow to process medications. Very frustrating."

"Terrible pharmacy. Nobody knows what they're doing. I have to go in every month to have them fix something because it's screwed up. Don't answer their phones. The people working the front don't know what they're talking about and tell customers things that aren't true. I hate this place"

"If you value your time, peace & health, do not go to this pharmacy! The staff & pharmacist were the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I will never go back!"
