"I'm so pissed, this has happened more than once. They don't call to verify what card to charge your co-pay. They never even asked to keep a card on file. Then they rely on a minor to answer her phone for an appointment and don't call the parent at all. Now I'm charged AGAIN a missed appointment fee when nobody even called me the PARENT for her appointment. Also, when you have a billing issue there is no way to call billing. I'm seriously about to change doctors. Short of that my daughter loves her dr. Update: Sunkara personally called and resolved the issues. I didn't even ask. I do appreciate him reaching out so I changed to 4 stars. Their doctors are really good. I can't deny that."

"While the doctors are good, the fees are stupidly high. 150$ to fill out a disability form. It's a single piece of paper and can be done in seconds. Horribly overpriced. To get medical records, it costs much more than what the Texas department recommends doctors to charge for processing medical records as well EDIT: My concerns were addressed and it was miscommunication on me and the doctor's office. I appreciate the doctor for calling me directly and we were able to sort things out!"

"Unfortunately, I have been requesting my son's medical records from this office for a month, and they're withholding them. Dr. Sunkara was very thorough during the visit and I would have happily given five stars. Still, the office work process of getting any documentation or records of the visit has been an absolute nightmare. When I initially requested the documentation - I was told that my son (who's 13 would have to sign a form in order to release his records) which we did, then I had to call back only to learn that I had to pay $35.00 to get the records released, which I did. It has now been two weeks since I've paid and the records have been released to their father, but they will not release the records I've requested to me. I do not recommend using this office if you are trying to determine a medical necessity."
