"Cecelia was my "Tax Preparer" , she had no idea what to do besides call her boss 100x to ask for directions! She questions EVERYTHING you tell her and doubts you. She's incompetent and her badge says "5 years experience" , maybe sitting inside of Walmart but definitely not preparing taxes. She became even more upset after I had to educate her with the IRS website on credits that were available. Jackson Hewitt is great, but she definitely is NOT."
