"Was told I needed to wait because prescriptions weren’t showing a price in their system, then called about an hour and a half later and it said the prescription was ready and the price was 1.11$…. While I was in the drive-thru pharmacy I got a text saying the prescription was ready… they said it still wasn’t in their system. Went back an hour later and tried to have them hear their own automated message stating the prescription was ready + the price but still said there was nothing they could do. This was for antibiotics that were very needed. Absolutely unacceptable for a pharmacy"

"Two stars for medicine availability, one star for the rude women that work there. They're impatient, short with each other and customers, and completely unable to shake the attitude and body language of having a busy or bad day. I am surprised at the lack of professionalism at this location. Been using Walgreen's Pharmacy for my meds for a long long time, but recently moved to Milan and am now experiencing something that has made me reach the decision to take my business across the street to Hy-Vee."
