No communication of when the job will be complete. Just lots of excuses. We hope to trust him again, but he does not respond with when the job will be completed."

From the very first meeting through completion of the job, he was even-keeled, reasonable, responsive, and with every step had a "Yes, I can do that" attitude about everything. He collaborated well, his team worked quickly & thoroughly, and he caught some things that I had even left off my initial list(s). The span of their abilities is vast, and it saved me from needing to coordinate multiple types of vendors/contractors (which was worth its weight in gold). I would absolutely use Might Handy again, and I actually look forward to the opportunity to do so."

"Mighty Handy is great! We needed a few odds and ends done - some wallpaper installed and two chandeliers hung - one in in pretty high stairwell. First off, they were really reasonably and fairly priced - Brandon (the owner) shared upfront what their hourly was. Secondly, Tyler's (who was the lead handyman put on our jobs) attention to detail on the projects was great - he asked me questions as far as my preferences on the alignment of the wallpaper's pattern and on the chair-rail - things that I would not have known to consider had he not asked - so I felt I was in good hands and that he didn't view my ignorance as an excuse to just do a the job in the fastest or easiest way - so much as educated me on my options and his opinion on the best/right way. On that note, the "right way" relative to the special kind of wall paper meant that he had to spend a decent bit more time overall than Brandon had initially expected and quoted me for. With out having seen the wall paper in person, they had assumed the wallpaper was of a standard nature - but when they arrived and saw it they realized that it was a European brand that required more of an "intricate" approach then they had assumed it would. At the end of the job, Brandon the owner came to inspect the wok to ensure it met his standards as well as to make sure we were happy. He at that point explained that he was only going to charge me what he had originally estimated (vs. the total time it actually took) because he knew that none of us had realized how long it would take given the special nature of the wallpaper. I so appreciated that...especially given I have encountered contractors who have gotten half-way into a job they scoped and then expected us to pay for their mis-judgement of the scope of the work. So it was a refreshing for Brandon to have been so virtuous and "do the right thing." So in summary, the over all quality of customer service, craftsmanship and all-around business ethics make Mighty Handy a company I would not only work with again but would also highly recommend to others as well."

"Mighty Handy also installed an exhaust/heater and installed the ductwork and roof vent. Very nice guys. Did a great job taking out older vinyl tiles and installing new ones. Weatherproofed door, traded out prior wall air conditioner with new one and framed/weatherize. Touch-up painted the room."
