"I wanted to replace the builder windows in my house with double-pane windows. I went to the showroom at Houston Window Experts a few years ago and I viewed all of the high-quality window manufacturers that they carry. I knew I wanted the best double-pane windows since I live near an airport and I wanted both noise reduction and better energy-efficient windows. We had dark solar screens on our windows and they blocked out a lot of the natural light. So, I went back to the showroom and Jeff Ludy, the owner, showed me the Anlin Del Mar E vinyl double-pane windows and they were perfect. His son Josh came out to give me a quote and he was very informative and answered all my questions without any pressure to buy. He sent me a quote to my email and it was reasonable for the amount of windows and special sizes that were needed. Then Matthew came out and documented more specific measurements to order the custom windows directly from the Anlin manufacturer in California. The customer service staff kept me informed on the status of my windows and then a few months later (this was before Christmas) they contacted me about scheduling an installation date. They sent 2 crews to install my windows because I wanted it done in one day. They arrived early and covered all my floors with tarps and covered all my furniture and cabinets with plastic and the installation was efficient and seamless. I was so impressed by how quick and professional the installation crew was. I even bought the crew lunch. They finished the installation by 2:30 and I was so pleased. Milton, the Supervisor even replaced a board underneath one of my outside windows that was rotten. We just have to paint the board. Then the customer service representative sent me the warranty, which is transferrable to the new owners if we sell our house. These windows are 99% UV protected, so now I have more natural light coming into the house without the dark solar screens. I am so pleased. I can't recommend Houston Window Experts enough. They are a family-owned business that provides high-quality products and services. Jeff Ludy even has a YouTube Channel with hundreds of videos explaining everything you would want to know about replacing your windows with all of the high-quality manufacturers - Andersen, Pella, Anlin, etc. and he shares knowledge that is so beneficial to the consumer. I watched a bunch of these videos before I made my selection. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!"

"We had great smooth sales and installation with Houston Window Experts. Patty Bass was our sales person. She did an awesome job explaining the windows and the process prior to installation. She made it happen. They have a complete process transitioning from your old windows to the new windows. Today’s install went smooth. It was a one day install for our 2 story home. They deployed a complete team to make this happen. They laid down floor protectors and placed plastic over other household items. Steps were draped to protect the carpet. They did an awesome job with care prior to install. Cleanup was great. They tripled checked that all glass metals and screws were picked up and not left behind. Again awesome process. The foreman we dealt with was Milton. He did great. Clear communication making things known to us during the install. He also made suggestions on certain windows to make sure we were happy. Highly recommended Houston Window Experts. The price was great. The product is great. Most important they are a local Houston business to support. We will refer if someone is searching for windows."
