"I installed a troffer in my garage to replace an old one that stopped working. It should have been a straightforward installation, but the light didn't work when I flipped the switch. I searched online to look for an electrician that had excellent reviews, and who charged a reasonable price. I found Zutex, and I contacted them. Luis got back to me right away, and he said that he could come out the next day. Luis came out even earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He quickly re-installed the light, and he got it to work. During the installation, Luis noticed that the light switch was faulty. He ran out to the store to get a new one, and he didn't charge me for the part or for the time to install it. I''m pleased with the excellent work and service that Luis provided. I'm especially appreciative that he changed out my light switch free of charge. I will not hesitate to call Luis again for future projects."
