"When we were homeless Ms Gina quickly got us into a great apartment and gave us a chance to get our rental history going in the right direction. If we ever had any problems they fixed them quickly. Just want to add that 2 years later this company is still amazing! We had over 2 inches of water in our basement from a leak. We called them and the problem was resolved in 2 hours! They sent plumbers and a team to clean up the water damage! Amazing! We love Bottom Line and will continue to rent with them as long as they will have us! The day I thought my wife and I were going to be stuck living with friends and family because of bad credit, was brought to life by Jena giving us a 6 month trial lease to prove ourselves..she sees the good in people and will give a chance when needed.Now 5 years later and still renting from bottom line...we're in a beautiful 4 bedroom home at a price that let's you save for your future.
