Midtown Square

"We lived at Midtown for 13 months and were heartbroken to leave. This complex and company offer 5⭐️ service. Maintenance requests are few and far between but when they do happen, their staff is there within 24 hours to address. Frances and Adrianna in the front office are so kind, thoughtful in planning community events, and present whenever you may need something. The facility gym, coffee bar, event space, reservable guest suite are all apart of the charm! It truly is a wonderful community and within walking distance from a very nice grocer, metra stop, coffee shop, and restaurants. We could go on and on and on about why Midtown is top tier living for the suburbs!!"

"Simply the best apartment building I have lived in. We have been at Midtown for 4 years and satisfied with our experience. Frances, Adriana and Banning & Jose will go above and beyond to resolve any issues. There is a nice space available for private party reservations. The room even has a pool table, kitchen, board games and a TV. There is endless space to work or relax in the lobby with complimentary coffee…score!!!! The property is well kept and clean. All maintenance requests are handled quickly and with a solution. That is if you need maintenance, apartments are well maintained so it’s not often that something goes down. Communication is strong - signs posted when needed, emails letting residents know what’s happening around the building, office closures etc. The entire property is clean, professional cleaners onsite. There are excellent places walking distance from the apartment. There’s Forza (modern butcher with excellent sandwiches), Ice cream shop, coffee house, library, parks, trails, donut shop etc. Last but not least - extremely dog friendly. Midtown is an excellent place to call home."

"We loved our stay at Midtown Square Apartments in Glenview. We lived there for about 18 months. Francis and Adriana could not have been more helpful and accommodating before, during and after our stay. The facilities are First Class, with great indoor parking, work out room, party room w/pool table, and comfy lobby with free coffee, nice fireplace, and a horse!(statue). Super dog friendly! Banning made sure everything worked well and responded immediately to any issues. The location is great for food, groceries, ice cream and coffee. Midtown Square offers great value and is very professionally managed and maintained. If we have the need to rent again, Midtown Square is our top choice!"

"Francis and Adriana are so so helpful! I love this building too and all the activities that they do(^_^) Residents here have all been friendly so far and there are a lot of amenities available to us! Free cappuccinos, saturday breakfast, a computer lab, locked mail system, and so much more. Great location too so close to grocery stores, food, ice cream, and a couple parks! My dog oliver goes to the office for treats every day and loves them❤"
