"I wanted to post an updated review. I have lived here for 2 years and considering renewing a lease for a third. The new management has really made great changes. Glen lake village has become my home. I wanted to also very heavily emphasize how helpful Tina from the management department is. I know if I have any concerns I can reach out to her and they will be addressed immediately."

"GlenLake Village Apartments is a wonderful place to live. Our apartment is a great size at a fair price. The amenities are great, with a pool gym and laundry rooms. The common areas are very clean and welcoming. Delivered packages are safe in the lobbies. If there is a problem with plumbing or electric, the staff is very quick to respond and fix the problem, usually the same day. Tchhe building is very quiet. Tenants are friendly and respectful of each other. The location is fantastic, being very close to 294, shopping and restaurants."

"I am very pleased living here. The application and move in process was very professional. GlenLake Village management along with the engineering department have always been very professional and responsive with my requests. Having a property manager on site 7 days a week is a real plus. Communication from the property manager's office is excellent! The grounds are beautiful to walk around and I appreciate the efforts of GlenLake Village staff to consistently go above and beyond in ensuring a good quality of life for all residents. "I've lived here for four months now. Common areas/halls are kept clean. Maintenance team responds to work orders in a timely fashion. Pool is really nice in the summer. I don't use the trash shoot, so I can't really speak to how clean that is, but the laundry room is kept really clean and works nicely with the app to make it easy to pay for laundry. I haven't seen any roaches yet... The only thing is that because the apartments/halls aren't carpeted, the sound travels a lot, so you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly."

"Move-in process was super easy and timeless. There was plenty of space and minimal traffic to navigate around. The unit had been completely renovated and amenities were brand new, which made moving in that much more exciting. There was a bit of cleaning to be done inside as well as on the porch/balcony due to the construction, but other than that I have no complaints. Really looking forward to spending time in my new home and meeting my neighbors!"
