"Furnace was not igniting. Maintenance staff was calming and patient, but as a tenant I had to wait over 24hrs for an HVAC Tech to come and fix the unit. It was bitter cold temps during this week. Fortunately, I had space heaters, but could not leave them on during working hours. I have small pets. Had to take off work to keep them going. As tenants we understand that things like this happen, but have more than 1 HVAC Tech on hand for a building of this size, to compensate for the several calls, to evaluate and repair equipment during inclement weather and to decrease the inconvenience of the tenant. I must say that the onsite everyday maintenance staff was very nice and communicative."

"So far so good! We moved into our renovated 3 bedroom unit in September and have loved living here so far. Our fridge was beeping because the temperature gauge had broken, we had a new fridge the next day. Our washer wasn't filling properly, we had new washer/dryer unit within a couple days. Kate and Anissa are fabulous! So friendly to me, my kids and our dog! Any time i've told them about (small) issues they truly cared and helped come up with a solution. Some may find the garage maintenance as an inconvenience, but ultimately it will be best for our cars in the long run so it's worth it! We are hopeful that our time living here will continue to be this great!"

"I visited my girlfriend and despite her emailing the property management and telling them the year, make, model and license plate number of the vehicle they towed me anyway, then refused to reimburse me for the tow. My girlfriend explained that she has never had an issue here before with parking and has been a model tenant, but things like this will make her refuse to renew the lease...the property manager shrugged and simply did not care. That's the kind of service they offer their tenants who pay above average rent for the area"

"3 years here and my wife loves it. I’m also in for summer amenities ( grills poolside and outdoor patio) Recently we received a new microwave for our unit, and is very convenient being next to the sushi’s restaurant and Mariano’s for groceries and flowers. And also , we have our “own” Metra station!"

"This was the state of the pool for almost a full month last summer. Suddenly "New Management" comes in and they do not take any responsibility for anything that happens under previous management. Which is absolutely awful, because not only did we have many days without a swimming pool when it was over 100 degrees outside, but we also did not have access to the coffee machine which is another amenity that we do expect to be working most of the time. A day here and there is understandable. But multiple days for multiple weeks is ridiculous. The community here is fantastic but management was never kind anybody with most neighbours that I interacted with in the building. People have problems left and right unaddressed; many people have moved out within the past three and a half months. I recommend not moving here. They Market it as luxury apartments, it is quite anything but. stones are falling off outside around the building and fence areas, you can hear sounds from every direction, I could hear the three-year-old crying every morning at 4:45am. Even if it is after "quiet hours" they really do not do much to enforce anything. the fire alarm gets pulled more frequently than it should -- people getting locked out and no way to get back in. there is no safety plan for an actual fire escape. please do your research."
