There were delays, but I built during a time where the world was crazy, people were being paid to stay home instead of work, which made things difficult in every industry, then add to that the cost of everything skyrocketed. I am a business owner who dealt with shortages in material and labor so I understood, it was out of anyone's hands. The wait was well worth it, I get so many compliments from everyone who enters my home, especially on the kitchen. I highly recommend Villa Homes! They are honest good people, who build quality beautiful homes."

"I have waited for months to find the right words to described this company, but honestly I feel so out of words. We started building with Villa Homes in 2021… We waited and waited for over A YEAR AND A HALF with so many excuses for all the delays going on, out of pocket expenses, and so many other issues with this builder and at the end, they wanted to increase the sales price and take advantage of us. Simply Because the market had gone up. Don’t recommend building with them, had a horrible experience overall. Cheap work, bad employees who treat you like you’re worth nothing if you’re not building a 400K home. Just unorganized plans and processes. Just bad. Save yourself time and money when it comes to these so called “family owned” builder, from the oldest to the youngest, they don’t care and they simply take advantage. For being our first home, they created the worst experience and memory of it. I regret every single time and penny I spent dealing with this family."

"RGV Villa Homes built our beautiful custom made home. The entire process was a 5 star rating ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Villa Homes salesmen did a great job helping us find a lot in the city chosen. The architect met with us to create our floor plan for our dream home. He customized every little detail in our beautiful home. The designer was absolutely wonderful! She guided us in choosing the best selection of light fixtures, tile, paint colors, etc. She had the best modern ideas to compliment our style of home. Our project manager did a great job checking our home everyday and keeping us updated on the process. Last but not least, I want to thank everyone who was part of this amazing and beautiful project.
